Pink peppercorns, fruity and delicate peppers, are picked from the pepper tree in the lands of Peru and Brazil. This spice has a peppery bite but wrapped with sweet fruitiness, with fascinating notes of pine and berries; that somehow reminds you of autumn. Because of its delicateness, pink peppercorns should not be cooked in high heat and long cooking times, and it should be added towards the end. It is best used in light cream sauces and seafood.
